Privacy Policy
Briefly (NEXTGEN AI L.L.C.) stores the account details you provide (name, email, workspace membership) and the firm profiles, questions, and scan results your workspace creates. Authentication is handled by Clerk; payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
Scan data comes from querying public AI assistants; we do not access your website, analytics, client files, or case records. We do not sell personal data.
