Privacy Policy
Briefly (NEXTGEN AI L.L.C.) stores the account details you provide (name, email, workspace membership) and the firm profiles, questions, and scan results your workspace creates. Authentication is handled by Clerk; payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
Scan data comes from querying public AI assistants; we do not access your website, analytics, client files, or case records. We do not sell personal data.
We use Vercel Web Analytics on every page to understand aggregate traffic and which pages or free tools people use. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or identify visitors across different days. This basic measurement runs independently of your Google Analytics preference.
We also use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. Until you choose “Allow analytics,” analytics storage remains denied and Google receives only limited, cookieless measurements of page views and public free-tool actions. Allowing analytics permits analytics storage; choosing “Not now” keeps it denied. Advertising storage and personalized advertising remain disabled either way.
When you ask us to email a free tool, we use the address to deliver the requested files and record that delivery. That request does not add you to a newsletter. If you separately ask for implementation help, we may reply to that request by email. Do not submit client, matter, or case information through a free-tool form.
